PolyMind AI ("we", "our", or "the bot") is committed to protecting your privacy. This policy explains how we handle data.
We do not store your personal messages. The bot only processes messages when it is explicitly mentioned or in a Direct Message. Message content is sent to AI providers (Google Gemini or xAI Grok) for processing and is not permanently stored on our servers.
Data is used solely to provide AI-generated responses to your queries. We do not sell or share your data with third parties except for the AI processing mentioned above.
We collect anonymous usage statistics (such as which commands are used and which servers are most active) to improve the bot and monitor reliability. This includes Discord user IDs and server IDs stored temporarily for analytics. Events are automatically deleted after 90 days.
We use industry-standard encryption to protect data in transit. Our hosting environment (Azure) is secured with modern safety protocols.
